Product Care & Help Guide
Contemporary dresses, delicate knitwear, tailored trousers, and trench coats are crafted to be cherished wardrobe favorites for years. To preserve natural fiber softness, drape, and color vibrancy, please follow our garment care advice below:
1. Dresses, Blouses & Tailored Separates
- Washing Temperature: Machine wash on a gentle 30°C cycle with similar colors. Washing at cooler temperatures protects delicate cotton and viscose weaves and reduces household energy consumption.
- Drying: Hang dresses and blouses on contoured wooden hangers to dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying delicate fabrics, as heat can shrink fibers and distort tailor-cut seams.
- Ironing & Steaming: For best results, use a handheld garment steamer or iron on the reverse side using a cool-to-medium heat setting.
2. Knitwear & Cardigans
- Washing Care: Hand wash in cool water or use a dedicated wool machine cycle with a gentle, non-biological wool detergent. Never wring or twist knitted jumpers.
- Flat Drying: Always dry knitwear flat on a towel away from direct heat or radiators to prevent stretching or sagging.
- Storage: Fold knitwear neatly in drawers rather than hanging on coat hangers, which stretches shoulder seams over time.
3. Outerwear & Trench Coats
- Surface Care: For minor mud or raindrops, allow the fabric to dry, then brush off gently with a soft clothes brush.
- Professional Cleaning: We recommend professional gentle dry cleaning for structured wool-blend coats and double-breasted cotton trench coats to preserve sharp lapels and water-resistant finishes.
